Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger mana battery: every noncreature spell grows her and pings, and her one activation per turn converts that size into a burst of red/blue mana. The deck chains cheap instants/sorceries, with Harmonic Prodigy, Veyran, and Wizard's Staff doubling her engine, to power out a lethal Niv-Mizzet, Parun draw loop or mass burn from Guttersnipe/Fiery Inscription. The hidden commander is Niv-Mizzet, Parun; most wins route through him plus Curiosity/Ophidian Eye, started by any instant/sorcery. Secondary plans use Storm-Kiln Artist/Birgi for mana and Ral/Crackle with Power as a finisher, with Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring as a late-game mana engine.
