Deck overview

King of the Oathbreakers is a Spirit-token engine and an incidental protection piece: any spell targeting a Spirit phases it out, and every phase-in creates a tapped 1/1 Spirit. This Orzhov deck builds a wide flying token army with Bitterblossom, Lingering Souls, doubling effects, and the King's own phase-in trigger, then wins through anthems and a single explosive pump in Moonshaker Cavalry. Secondary paths are drain-and-sacrifice value with Teysa Karlov, The Meathook Massacre, and Dictate of Erebos, and Westvale Abbey gives a resilient alternate creature. There is no alternate commander face; Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr acts as a back-up Spirit payoff. The deck is resilient rather than explosive, using phasing and protection to recover from wipes.
