Queen Kayla bin-Kroog commands an aggressive Boros stax-combo deck engineered to choke opposing tempo while cheating artifacts and creatures directly onto the battlefield. The deck leverages seven Rule of Law effects, such as Archon of Emeria, High Noon, and Eidolon of Rhetoric, alongside lock enablers like Possibility Storm and Knowledge Pool to lock opponents out of casting spells from hand. Queen Kayla completely bypasses these restrictions, activating her ability for four mana to discard, refill, and put 1-, 2-, and 3-mana permanents straight into play. This engine rapidly digs for the deck's primary win condition: an infinite colorless mana loop using Basalt Monolith combined with Zirda, the Dawnwaker or Rings of Brighthearth. Once infinite mana is achieved, Cogwork Assembler creates infinite token copies with haste to eliminate all three opponents in a single combat step.
