boros tokens/exile by user7848101

Format: Commander

Commander: Neyali, Suns' Vanguard

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Neyali, Suns' Vanguard is a one-faced, go-wide Boros commander: every attacking token becomes a double-strike damage source, and token attacks feed the deck as exiled card advantage. The primary plan is to build a wide token board quickly with Adeline, Anim Pakal, Legion Warboss, and Myrel, then finish with pump and extra combat effects. The main secondary path is a Breath of Fury chain when a persistent token generator exists; Aurelia, Moraug, and the Wallbreaker also give extra alpha strikes. There is no transform or hidden commander; Adline is the most commander-like engine in the 99. Neyali is important for card draw and clock speed, but the deck can still build and attack if she is never cast, so it does not collapse without her.
