Deck overview

This deck is a Temur spellslinger midrange deck commanded by Iroh, Grand Lotus. The strategy focuses on filling the graveyard with cheap instants, sorceries, and Lessons during the early turns while developing mana and deploying cost reducers. Once Iroh enters the battlefield, he turns the graveyard into a second hand by granting flashback to all spells, with Lesson spells costing only a single mana to recast. The deck converts this immense spell velocity into lethal damage through prowess creatures like Sprite Dragon, token generators like Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, burn triggers from Electrostatic Field and Niv-Mizzet, Parun, or high-end storm turns via Prismari, the Inspiration. While the deck generates overwhelming card flow and explosive combat turns, it relies heavily on its graveyard and creature permanents, leaving it vulnerable to mass sweepers and targeted graveyard hate.
