Commander: Tomik, Wielder of Law

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Tomik, Wielder of Law is a black-white attrition deck that wins by outlasting the table with small life gains and repeated life drains. The commander is used as an evasive blocker and card-draw machine, but his affinity for planeswalkers is effectively dead because the deck runs zero planeswalkers; that cost reduction is never relevant. The deck has no hidden commander, though Reassembling Skeleton plus the draw-and-sacrifice package acts as the closest thing to a central secondary engine. The plan is to keep life density high, drain the whole table with Vampire and Clue effects, and finish with Polluted Bonds, a large Exsanguinate cast, or an oversized Ajani's Pridemate.
