Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy mono-red burn and group-slug strategy helmed by Norin the Wary. By utilizing Norin's triggered ability to exile whenever any player casts a spell or attacks and return at the beginning of each end step, the deck triggers enter-the-battlefield abilities up to four times per turn cycle. Dense redundancy of pingers like Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, and Molten Gatekeeper combines with token doublers like Genesis Chamber to deal massive, non-targeted damage to the entire table. As the game develops, damage doublers such as Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and Purphoros, God of the Forge accelerate the clock into a decisive finish by Turn 7. While Norin is nearly impossible to remove directly, the deck relies heavily on its static enchantments and artifacts remaining on board, making it moderately vulnerable to mass enchantment or artifact sweepers.
