Deck overview

Yshtola is a single-faced commander. The primary plan is an Esper noncreature-spell value deck: every noncreature spell with mana value 3 or greater drains all opponents and fuels her end-step draw. The secondary path is an enchantment-token army built from Hallowed Haunting, Ghostly Dancers, Gremlin Tamer, and the Room package, with Secret Arcade turning everything into enchantments. The Room endgame around Central Elevator and the repeatable promised stairs is the most distinct alternate win, while Emet-Selch and Jin-GitaxIAS offer a graveyard- and hand-based backup engine. Yshtola is the main drain-and-draw engine but not a combo piece, so the deck does not stop when she dies. There is no true hidden separate commander; the Room package functions as the hidden endgame.
