Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos poison strategy built around Ingris Stingerquill. Ingris possesses a unique combat trigger: whenever any creature you control attacks, that creature deals one damage to each opponent. When paired with creatures that have infect—such as Plague Stinger, Ichorclaw Myr, and Flensermite—this ability causes the attacking creature to distribute poison counters directly to all three opponents simultaneously, completely bypassing normal combat blockers. The deck accelerates in the early game with fast mana rocks and deploys low-cost infect creatures on turns one and two. Casting Ingris on turn three or four immediately turns every attacking creature into a global poison threat. Extra combat enablers like Combat Celebrant and Karlach, Fury of Avernus double these attack triggers, while a suite of proliferate spells and permanents like Karn's Bastion and Staff of Compleation quickly push opponents to the lethal ten-poison threshold. Free and low-cost redirection spells protect key threats from targeted removal.
