Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck executes a resilient counter-based midrange strategy centered on Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. The main game plan establishes early resource engines using +1/+1 counters, charge counters, and oil counters, which Atraxa automatically compounds each turn via proliferation. The deck wins primarily through overwhelming combat damage by exponentially scaling threats like Mossborn Hydra and Predator Ooze, or through massive card advantage and board control with Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines and kicked Rite of Replication. Secondary win conditions include drain through Scheming Aspirant and lethal evasive commander damage supported by Rogue's Passage and trample enablers.
