Bear by joshlaurel52

Format: Commander

Commander: Wilson, Refined Grizzly and Raised by Giants

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green voltron strategy led by Wilson, Refined Grizzly with the Background Raised by Giants, which makes Wilson a 10/10 giant with ward, vigilance, reach, and trample. The primary plan is to ramp quickly into the Background, cast Wilson, then suit him up with a dense suite of equipment and auras to deliver lethal commander damage - often via double strike (Fireshrieker, Genji Glove) or infect (Grafted Exoskeleton). Secondary beats come from a small bear-tribal package (Ayula, Queen Among Bears, Beorn the Fierce) and the one-shot board-wipe potential of Super State. The deck lacks real tutors and relies on its raw threat density and protection spells to close games through combat.
