Deck overview

This deck uses Helga, Skittish Seer to turn large creature spells into both card draw and additional mana. The early plan is to develop lands and cheap mana creatures, cast Helga, Skittish Seer, then cast creatures costing four or more. Each qualifying cast grows the commander and replaces itself, improving access to later threats such as Koma, World-Eater, Prime Speaker Zegana, and Hydroid Krasis. Counter synergies from Hardened Scales, Conclave Mentor, and Benevolent Hydra add board strength, while Garruk's Uprising and Kozilek's Unsealing reward the same creature-heavy curve. The deck can create a strong battlefield and substantial cards, but its win route is combat-based and slow. It has no supported infinite combo, extra-turn chain, or total lockout. Its main weaknesses are commander dependence, limited tutoring, vulnerability during setup, and the absence of a compact way to convert its large creatures into an immediate table win.
