Commander: Brago, King Eternal

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Azorius blink deck built around Brago, King Eternal, whose combat trigger exiles and returns any number of your nonland permanents, re-firing every ETB on the board. The plan is to land Brago, connect with him, and chain flicker value: drawing cards, ramping lands, bouncing or exiling opposing permanents, and eventually grinding out a combat win with a growing board of value creatures. The 99 carries meaningful flicker redundancy in Soulherder, Charming Prince, and Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel, so the engine isn't solely in the command zone. Wins come through incremental advantage - Frost Titan, Sun Titan, Scourge of Fleets, and Sunblast Angel - rather than a fast combo, with Aminatou's Augury as a big burst of value. The deck is a control-tempo grinder that wants long games it can choke the table out of.
