Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya go-wide aggressive build commanded by Sovereign Okinec Ahau. The game plan revolves around exploiting a high density of static anthem effects—such as Anthem of Champions, Sylvan Anthem, and Glorious Anthem—to ensure that every creature enters with power exceeding its printed base value. When Sovereign Okinec Ahau attacks, it places +1/+1 counters equal to that difference on every modified creature, creating exponential stat growth with each combat step. Supported by token generators like Grand Crescendo and Cadira, Caller of the Small, the board quickly scales out of reach. While the deck completely lacks instant-speed spot removal and tutors, it compensates with an exceptionally dense protection package designed to make its army indestructible against conventional sweepers.
