This Abzan deck, helmed by Betor, Ancestor's Voice, is built around a dense suite of alternate win conditions - the "I win" cards - supported by a life-gain/life-loss engine and +1/+1 counter synergy. Betor converts life gained into +1/+1 counters and life lost into graveyard reanimation, making every life payment and lifegain trigger a board-development tool. The deck mills itself heavily (Mesmeric Orb, Stitcher's Supplier, Hermit Druid, Ripples of Undeath) to fuel Mortal Combat and Betor's recursion, while lifelinkers, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, and Rhox Faithmender push life totals toward Felidar Sovereign and Test of Endurance.
