Deck overview

This deck uses Edgar Markov to generate relentless board advantage through his eminence ability without ever needing to cast him. The primary game plan revolves around assembling game-ending infinite drain combos backed by fast mana and efficient black tutors. Key win conditions include pairing Exquisite Blood with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Bloodthirsty Conqueror, and looping Oathsworn Vampire with Phyrexian Altar and a drain effect like Blood Artist or Cruel Celebrant while eminence supplies sacrificial fodder. If combo lines are disrupted, the deck pivots into aggressive combat by swarming the board with cheap Vampires and buffing them with Edgar or Sorin.
