Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Boros aggro-stax build led by Winota, Joiner of Forces. The strategy revolves around deploying cheap, evasive non-Human creatures on the first three turns, followed by casting Winota on Turn 4 to trigger multiple creature-cheating triggers immediately upon attacking. Winota digs six cards deep per attacker to put impactful Human creatures directly onto the battlefield tapped, attacking, and indestructible. The deck pairs heavy combat multipliers like Blade Historian and Angrath's Marauders with a dense suite of Rule of Law and hatebear effects, including Archon of Emeria, Drannith Magistrate, and Magus of the Moon. Because Winota puts creatures directly into play, the deck effortlessly breaks parity on its own spell-limiting stax pieces. Opponents find their mana and spell velocity severely restricted while facing an overwhelming wave of indestructible attackers that closes the game on Turn 5.
