Deck overview

This deck is a aggressive Mardu combat and goad deck led by Squall, Gunblade Duelist. By consistently choosing the number 2 as Squall enters the battlefield, the deck weaponizes an extensive roster of low-cost creatures with power or toughness 2. Attacking opponents with these creatures triggers direct burn damage from Squall, which scales dramatically when combined with attack multipliers such as Isshin, Two Heavens as One and Windcrag Siege.
