New Untitled Deck by user7954650

Format: Commander

Commander: Jill, Shiva's Dominant // Shiva, Warden of Ice

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Jill and Shiva form a two-part commander in a mono-blue tempo-control shell, aiming to slow opponents with bounce, tapping, and stun counters before closing with evasive combat damage. Jill supplies a reusable enter-trigger bounce; her inverse face, Shiva, becomes a Saga that can tap all lands opponents control and then returns to the front. Hraesvelgr of the First Brood is the real finisher, using noncreature spells to make a creature unblockable and larger. There is no hidden commander: the deck is built around Hraesvelgr as the primary threat, supported by proliferate and draw effects.
