Chaos Incarnate - Commander (Upgraded) New by user6322852

Format: Commander

Commander: Kardur, Doomscourge

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is a grindy forced-combat attrition strategy helmed by Kardur, Doomscourge. The central plan is to cast Kardur and force all opponents' creatures to attack each other, then profit from the resulting carnage through a dense web of death-triggered drain effects. The deck supplements this with token generators that provide sacrificial bodies and extra drain triggers, as well as a handful of goad effects to keep the pressure on when Kardur isn't on the battlefield. The primary win condition is incremental life loss via cards like Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, and Vein Ripper, while alternate win conditions in Revel in Riches and Mortal Combat provide backup paths. The deck is slow, lacks fast mana, and relies heavily on the commander's repeated ETB to maintain its forced-attack lock, making it a classic midrange attrition deck that aims to outlast the table.
