Dinner time for the Gitrog! 🐸 by Kalwa

Format: Commander

Commander: The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride is the engine: the deck ramps to it quickly, uses a high-power creature to saddle it, attacks, then sacrifices that creature to draw a huge number of cards and dump lands. The primary plan is to convert that burst of lands and cards into a giant Torment of Hailfire, a massive Psychosis Crawler drain, or a lethal combat swing with trampling giants. Secondary paths are landfall token swarms and Jarad fling lines. The commander's role is both card draw and land acceleration; no hidden commander exists, and the deck is not built around any double-faced commander face.
