Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet artifact storm engine commanded by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan accelerates mana on early turns using cheap mana rocks and cost reducers such as Etherium Sculptor and Enthusiastic Mechanaut. Once Jhoira enters the battlefield, every historic spell you cast immediately draws a card. By chaining zero-mana and one-mana artifacts, the deck draws through dozens of cards in a single turn. Mass bounce spells like Retract, Hurkyl's Recall, and Paradoxical Outcome return all artifacts to your hand, enabling you to recast them for massive storm count, continuous mana generation, and rapid card draw. The deck finishes the game on that same turn through burn damage from Reckless Fireweaver, Firebrand Archer, Glaring Fleshraker, and Grapeshot, an infinite colorless mana loop with Forensic Gadgeteer and Basalt Monolith, or an empty library win with Laboratory Maniac.
