Assemble Under the Shield by KotaMori

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai Hero tribal midrange deck helmed by Captain America, Team Leader. The core plan floods the board with legendary Heroes, using Cap's ETB trigger to grant them vigilance, haste, and +1/+1 counters while growing himself. Value engines like Kindred Discovery, Avengers Assemble!, and Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler refill the hand as the board develops, while anthems (Chronicle of Victory, Captain America, Wings of Freedom) and force-multipliers (Roaming Throne, Metallic Mimic) turn the swarm lethal. Secondary lines include token generation (Falcon and Redwing, Impostor Syndrome), board-doubling (Multiversal Incursion), and combat damage payoffs (Professor Hulk, Ant-Man, Elusive Avenger). There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through overwhelming combat damage in multiplayer. Cap is a strong enabler but not a linchpin-the 99 functions as a cohesive Hero aggro-value deck even without him.
