Deck overview

Kibo, Uktabi Prince leads an Ape and Monkey combat deck that turns opposing artifacts into counters, damage, and mana. The early plan is to accelerate with Sol Ring, mana creatures, land Auras, and two-mana land tutors, then cast Kibo around turns 3–4. Bananas give the table mana, while Kibo attacks force artifact sacrifices and grow the tribal board. Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Ozolith, the Shattered Spire, and The Ozolith increase the value of each counter event. The deck closes through a wide trampling attack with Overwhelming Stampede, a large Chandra's Ignition, or repeated attacks supported by Sting, the Glinting Dagger. It has strong artifact interaction and several useful draw engines, but it is not a compact combo deck. Its main limitations are weak access to specific pieces, limited stack interaction, and exposure to creature wipes before the final attack.
