This deck is an Azorius Group Hug Combo-Control list helmed by Kwain, Itinerant Meddler. It accelerates the entire table's card flow through symmetrical draw engines like Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Temple Bell, and Kwain. To prevent opponents from weaponizing their extra cards against you, the deck deploys a dense defensive pillowfort suite including Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Meekstone, Energy Field, and Web of Inertia. While hiding behind combat taxes and efficient 1-to-2 CMC counterspells, the deck digs rapidly into its primary combo: Mind Over Matter paired with Temple Bell or Kwain to mill the table out in a single turn.
