Deck overview

Neera, Wild Mage leads an explosive Izzet spellslinger deck built around spell-velocity triggers, big-mana payoffs, and high-impact combo engines. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cost reducers and magecraft engines to churn through the library, using Neera to polymorph cheap cantrips into devastating game-enders like Omniscience or Thousand-Year Storm. The deck can achieve infinite damage loops with Niv-Mizzet, Parun alongside Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, chaining card draws into noncombat burn. Alternatively, Displacer Kitten resets Neera on every cast to dig out the entire deck, while token generators like Third Path Iconoclast and storm payoffs like Grapeshot provide versatile secondary win conditions.
