Format: Commander

Commander: K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Krrik, Son of Yawgmoth turns life into mana by paying Phyrexian black mana for black pips, accelerating mono-black value, heavy card draw, and combo finishes. The deck aims to deploy Krrik early, leverage burst mana engines and card advantage spells like Bolas's Citadel, Vilis, Broker of Blood, and Necrodominance, then close the game through combo or drain lines. Primary paths to victory include the Necrotic Ooze combo using abilities of Asmodeus the Archfiend and Skirge Familiar in the graveyard to draw the library and drain the table, or the one-shot elimination of Bloodletter of Aclazotz paired with Shard of the Nightbringer.
