The Storm of Saruman by OctalPlains

Format: Commander

Commander: Saruman of Many Colors

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Saruman of Many Colors commands an Esper spellslinger and combat midrange deck that wins by stealing opponent resources, amassing Wraith armies, and pushing unblockable combat damage. Early turns focus on mana rocks, evasive attackers like Bilbo, and hand filtering through Raffine and connive triggers. In the mid game, Lord of the Nazgul and Saruman generate massive battlefield value on turns where you cast two spells. The primary path to victory involves overwhelming opponents with buffed 9/9 Wraiths, reanimating entire graveyards with Sheoldred or Ascend from Avernus, or grinding life totals down with Scytheclaw attacks.
