Deck overview

This is a five-color Spider/Hero tribal midrange deck built around Cosmic Spider-Man. The core plan is to assemble a board of Spiders and Heroes, stack +1/+1 counters, use modified-combat triggers to generate card advantage, and close with a wide, keyword-heavy attack. Cosmic Spider-Man acts as a combat anthem: at the beginning of combat, every other Spider gains flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste - and because he has haste himself, he attacks and pressures immediately the turn he lands. The deck contains no infinite combos; its primary win condition is evasive combat damage from large, modified Spider bodies. The real engines are hidden commanders: Arana, Heart of the Spider, Madame Web, Clairvoyant, and Gwenom, Remorseless convert modified combat damage into top-deck access and playable spells, while Ultimate Spider-Man can double every counter on the board in a single attack.
