Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Goad and Group Slug strategy commanded by Florian, Voldaren Scion. The core plan revolves around dealing incremental pre-combat damage and attacking to fuel Florian's postcombat impulse selection. By digging deep into the library each turn, the deck consistently accesses powerful goad spells and asymmetric slug pieces. Key threats like Kardur, Doomscourge, Disrupt Decorum, and Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer compel opponents to attack one another, draining their life totals and clearing opposing blockers without threatening your own life total. Once opponents are weakened, the deck pivots into decisive finishers such as Insurrection, Mob Rule, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, or an overloaded Spectacular Showdown to eliminate all remaining players in combat. The deck maintains consistent resilience through cheap reanimation spells and efficient modal interaction.
