Deck overview

This deck uses Baylen, the Haymaker to convert wide token generation into massive mana velocity and continuous card draw. In the early turns, it deploys low-cost mana dorks and ramp spells to cast Baylen on turn 3. It then resolves repeatable token engines like Illustrious Wanderglyph, Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, or Adeline, Resplendent Cathar. Baylen leverages these tokens immediately without tapping itself, drawing multiple cards per turn cycle and ramping into massive spells. The deck wins on turns 5 to 6 by multiplying token production with Doubling Season or Anointed Procession, draining the entire table through Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors, or executing a lethal overrun with Craterhoof Behemoth. Strong defensive instants like Clever Concealment and Boros Charm protect the board against opposing board wipes.
