Deck overview

This is a black artifact midrange deck centered on Ultron the Annihilator, artifact tokens, sacrifice mana, and large colorless threats. Its strongest ordinary engine is Bolas's Citadel supported by cheap artifacts, acceleration, tutors, and life-total payoffs such as Bloodletter of Aclazotz. Krark-Clan Ironworks, Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever, and Grinding Station provide useful sacrifice and graveyard value, but they do not form a supported two-card infinite combo. The deck has good mana velocity and respectable tutor access. Its main weaknesses are the high cost of its important permanents, limited protection, and the lack of a guaranteed final kill after a large Citadel activation. Damnation, Blood Money, The Meathook Massacre, and Nevinyrral's Disk help it stabilize, while Revel in Riches offers a conditional alternate win. Overall, it is a powerful casual or high-power general build rather than a cEDH construction.
