Jace, Multiverse Architect leads a four-color non-green Polymorph control deck designed to bypass the steep mana costs of massive game-ending threats. The deck's primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap, recurring token generators—such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller—alongside a dense package of two-mana artifact ramp on turns one through three. On turn four, Jace enters the battlefield and immediately uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token, revealing and putting one of nineteen giant creature or planeswalker payoffs into play, such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, The Ur-Sphinx, or Archfiend of Despair. Supported by secondary mass-polymorph effects like Synthetic Destiny and Mass Polymorph, the deck rapidly scales its board presence into a lethal flying army.
