Deck overview

This deck is a pure spellslinger build helmed by Codie, Vociferous Codex. The commander's restriction (you can't cast permanent spells) is embraced - the 99 contains only instants, sorceries, and lands (plus Codie itself). The primary game plan is to ramp rapidly with a dense suite of land-search spells, cast Codie, activate its ability to produce one mana of each colour, then chain cascade triggers and copy effects to generate overwhelming value. The deck aims to assemble infinite mana via Early Harvest or Turnabout combined with copy spells, then sink that mana into a finisher like Expansion // Explosion or Volcanic Torrent. Extra-turn spells (Part the Waterveil, Walk the Aeons) provide either a second crack at the combo or are looped for infinite turns. The entire strategy is built around spell-copying and recursion, with no creatures, artifacts, or enchantments (other than the commander) to slow it down.
