This deck is a high-powered competitive Commander (cEDH) shell piloted by Urza, Lord High Artificer. It blends blistering mana velocity, asymmetric stax locks, and compact infinite mana combos. Urza functions simultaneously as an explosive mana engine, a scalable board presence, and an infinite card outlet in the command zone. Supported by dense 0–1 CMC acceleration and artifact tutors, the deck regularly establishes operational control on Turn 3. It leverages asymmetric lock pieces such as Winter Orb, Static Orb, and Trinisphere, which Urza taps at end step to shut down opponents' untap steps while remaining entirely unrestricted.
