Deck overview

Mono-blue ETB/blink deck built around value triggers and a compact infinite loop. Primary plan: deploy cheap enter-the-battlefield creatures, then use Elrond's activated flicker and Panharmonicon/Starfield Vocalist/Roaming Throne to multiply those triggers. Secondary paths use Gilded Drake, Volatile Stormdrake, and Agent of Treachery to steal permanents, finished by evasive attacks. Gogo, Master of Mimicry is the hidden commander, copying Elrond's blink or Agent's theft trigger to end the game. Elrond himself supplies repeatable blink and one draw per turn, but the deck can run without him through Thassa, Conjurer's Closet, and Displacer Kitten. The end state is typically an infinite flicker loop that bounces or steals all opposing permanents.
