Deck overview

This deck is a Narset, Enlightened Master superfriends/proliferate strategy that aims to chain extra turns and planeswalker ultimates into a dominating board state. The primary game plan is to cast Narset, protect her, and attack to exile the top four cards of the library, casting noncreature spells for free. From there, the deck loops extra turns via Time Warp and Ichormoon Gauntlet, proliferates loyalty counters with cards like Inexorable Tide and Flux Channeler, and ultimately wins through combat damage from planeswalker tokens, Approach of the Second Sun, or the emblem from Chandra, Awakened Inferno. The deck is a value engine that grows more powerful each turn, but it's heavily dependent on Narset's attack trigger and has limited stack interaction.
