This Izzet spellslinger deck uses Alania, Divergent Storm to copy its first instant, sorcery, and Otter each turn for card advantage and mana doubling. The primary plan ramps with rocks and cost reducers, then casts Mana Geyser or Seething Song copied by Alania, Twinning Staff, or Thousand-Year Storm to generate 12-20 mana and finishes with Crackle with Power copied to deal 40 to each opponent. Secondary paths win through incremental pings from Coruscation Mage, storm copies from Ral, Crackling Wit's emblem, or Treasure-fueled storm turns with Storm-Kiln Artist.
