Shotgun Morlun by Ajk810

Format: Commander

Commander: Morlun, Devourer of Spiders

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Mono-black lifegain-drain combo deck that uses Morlun, Devourer of Spiders as a command-zone X-spell and lifelink accelerant. Primary win is Bloodchief Ascension plus Mindcrank, with Morlun charging Ascension over three turns; once active, mill/drain eliminates the table. Secondary lines are Exquisite Blood/Sanguine Bond with Vito or Enduring Tenacity, Bolas's Citadel plus Top and Aetherflux Reservoir, and infinite mana from Ashnod's Altar with Pitiless Plunderer and Oathsworn Vampire after life gain. Tutors, Necropotence, and recursion make the deck resilient; Exsanguinate, Torment of Hailfire, Gray Merchant, or a huge Morlun close games. No hidden commander.
