Deck overview

Muerra, Trash Tactician leads an aggressive Gruul deck centered on Raccoon typal synergies, the expend mechanic, and explosive combat steps. In the early game, Muerra turns every raccoon and changeling into immediate mana ramp during your precombat main phase, quickly triggering expend thresholds that provide life gain and card advantage. The deck aims to close out games through two main routes. The primary line executes an infinite combat step combo using Aggravated Assault paired with Bear Umbra, Sword of Feast and Famine, or The Reaver Cleaver. Alternatively, massive damage doublers such as Unnatural Growth and Fiery Emancipation turn modest raccoons into lethal board-wiping attackers.
