Despertar dos Monstros by user3560515

Format: Commander

Commander: Illuna, Apex of Wishes

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Illuna, Apex of Wishes leads a mutate-focused Temur midrange deck. The goal is to build a single non-Human mutate stack, ideally on Slippery Bogle, then repeatedly mutate onto it to trigger Illuna's exile-permanent ability and other mutate payoffs. The deck turns that one stack into a huge board through Auspicious Starrix, Dreamtail Heron, and friends, then wins with commander damage via trample/double-strike/pump effects. A secondary infinite-combat line uses Aggravated Assault, Bear Umbra, and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. The strategy is powerful but linear, with little stack interaction and severe vulnerability to board wipes.
