New Untitled Deck by user4076578

Format: Commander

Commander: Thromok the Insatiable

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thromok is a one-shot finisher: the deck starts with a few mana dorks, turns token spells into a large sacrifice pile, and then lets Thromok's quadratic Devour trigger end the game. Five tokens devoured creates 25 +1/+1 counters, already lethal commander damage. The real engine is the board: Krenko, Dragon Broodmother, token doublers, and mana-making creatures let the deck both make mana and makes more food for Devour. Secondary lines are goblin swarm plus Goblin Bombardment, Warstorm Surge, and the hidden legendary payoff The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl as an alternative token engine. The mana base is the deck's clear binding weakness, but Thromok can still kill through 5-6 feed creatures in one unhasted attack window.
