Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Dinosaur tribal engine commanded by Pantlaza, Sun-Favored. The primary game plan uses efficient ramp on the opening turns to deploy Pantlaza by Turn 4. Pantlaza's Discover ability immediately provides free spells and cards whenever high-toughness Dinosaurs enter the battlefield. On Turn 5, the deck transitions into its critical onset by deploying game-ending prehistoric threats such as Etali, Primal Conqueror, Gishath, Sun's Avatar, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, and Vaultborn Tyrant, either through hard casting or powerful tutors like Savage Order and Natural Order. These massive creatures trigger cascading Discover chains, flood the board with trample damage, and generate overwhelming card advantage. The deck closes out the game on Turns 6 and 7 across two combat cycles, often finishing opponents with Akroma's Will or haste enablers like Regisaur Alpha. A premier protection package—featuring Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, Heroic Intervention, and Eerie Interlude—ensures the Dinosaur army survives opposing interaction and sweepers.
