Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck commands the skies by leveraging aggressive mana acceleration and cost reduction to deploy high-CMC Dragon threats well ahead of curve. Commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen, the deck doubles its board presence by generating a 5/5 flying Dragon token whenever another nontoken Dragon enters the battlefield. Direct-damage payoffs such as Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest convert creature deployment into immediate board removal and lethal life total pressure. Mass haste enablers like Fervor and The Fire Crystal bypass summoning sickness, enabling explosive multi-dragon combat swings. While the deck boasts immense aerial combat power and compounding damage multipliers like Twinflame Tyrant, its heavy reliance on creature permanents leaves it vulnerable to well-timed sweepers and instant-speed exile removal, offset by redundant high-impact bomb threats that can close games independently.
