Commander: The Fifth Doctor and Susan Foreman

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant +1/+1-counter and Vehicle deck built around The Fifth Doctor's end-step untap. Susan Foreman is a companion mana dork, not a secondary engine. The primary plan is to tap small utility creatures to crew Vehicles, then let the Doctor put counters on those tapped nonattackers and untap them, creating repeatable value and an evasive board. Secondary paths use the Kami-Graftmage infinite-mana engine with Retraction Helix for a one-sided bounce, Daring Thief to steal permanents, and Song of Freyalise plus Abzan Falconer to finish. There is no true hidden commander; the deck is a tap/untap value shell rather than a dedicated combo deck.
