Jolly Balloon Man by hdanner

Format: Commander

Commander: The Jolly Balloon Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Jolly Balloon Man is a token/ETB engine rather than a finisher. The deck's primary plan is to flood the board with Hare Apparents-the hidden commander, with 15 copies-turning every Balloon-copied Hare into a swarm of Rabbit tokens and enter-the-battlefield damage. The secondary plan is a compact infinite loop: Ashnod's Altar plus a Balloon copy of Village Bell-Ringer (or Zealous Conscripts) untaps Jolly Balloon Man and refunds mana, generating arbitrarily many hasty flying 1/1 tokens and pings in one main phase. Ertha Jo, Delney, and several token doublers multiply each activation. When the combo is unavailable, the deck still wins by go-wide combat with Neyali, Caretaker's Talent, and an extra-combat swing from Combat Celebrant.
