Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Landfall and +1/+1 counters aggressive strategy commanded by Obuun, Mul Daya Ancestor. The game plan focuses on ramping aggressively during the opening turns using land-based acceleration spells like Nature's Lore, Three Visits, and Cultivate. Once Obuun enters on Turn 4, every subsequent land drop increases Obuun's size with +1/+1 counters and animates a land into a trampling Elemental during combat. Midgame expansion comes from heavy landfall token producers such as Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Felidar Retreat, alongside earthbending mechanics from Bumi, Eclectic Earthbender and Toph, the Blind Bandit. The deck wins through wide and tall combat damage, pushing through opposing blockers with built-in trample, flying from Abzan Falconer, or decisive overrun spells like Overwhelming Stampede. Because the ramp permanently builds the land count, the deck demonstrates high resilience against single-target removal, easily recasting Obuun and rebuilding lethal combat pressure.
