Deck overview

This deck is a high-impact Mardu artifact reanimator and big-mana strategy led by Megatron, Tyrant // Megatron, Destructive Force. The game plan revolves around casting Megatron in vehicle form using early acceleration from signets and talismans, then attacking to sacrifice high-mana-value artifacts like Triplicate Titan, Phyrexian Triniform, and Combustible Gearhulk. The resulting excess combat damage burns opponents directly and converts Megatron into his robot form, generating massive pools of colorless mana during the postcombat main phase. This mana immediately deploys game-warping stax and threat engines such as Portal to Phyrexia, Darksteel Forge, and Krang, Utrom Warlord. Backup recursion lines through Goblin Welder, Daretti, Scrap Savant, and Trash for Treasure ensure continuous threat density even if initial pieces are disrupted. With combat lockouts from Megatron and protection from Grand Abolisher and Deflecting Swat, the deck efficiently converts its resource disparity into a decisive victory within two combat cycles.
