New Untitled Deck

Format: Commander

Commander: Bard, King of Dale

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a token-swarms and draw-combo Azorius deck built around Bard, King of Dale's doubled draws and doubled tokens. The primary plan is to cast Bard early, then stack replacement effects-Anointed Procession, Elspeth, Storm Slayer, Exalted Sunborn, and Ojer Taq-with cheap token producers such as Horn of Gondor and Cosmogrand Zenith. Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation acts as a hidden commander: its front-face tripler is the strongest non-commander engine, and if it dies it becomes Temple of Civilization as a mana fallback. A secondary line uses tutors and Arena Rector to assemble Enter the Infinite with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Twenty-Toed Toad, or Triskaidekaphile. Interaction is counterspell-heavy and none of it is free, so leaving mana up is important.
