Deck overview

This is a four-color Doctor tribal deck helmed by The Fourteenth Doctor, whose on-cast trigger mills the top fourteen cards and lets him enter as a copy of any Doctor milled this way, with haste. The deck's plan is to flood the battlefield with Doctors and ride their overlapping value engines - The Sixth Doctor copying every historic spell, The Twelfth Doctor granting demonstrate, The Eighth Doctor casting from the graveyard, and The Ninth Doctor generating extra upkeeps. The primary win condition is Gallifrey Stands, which wins the game outright once you control thirteen or more Doctors, backed by a combat clock powered by Heroes' Podium and Doctor Strange, Surgeon anthems. Extra turns via Regenerations Restored and Twice Upon a Time accelerate the finish. The commander is a one-shot value tutor rather than a repeatable engine, so the deck functions as a deep tribal goodstuff pile that can execute its plan even if he never resolves.
